You can attend sessions from the comfort of your own home or other quiet place, saving travel time and making it easier to fit within your schedule.

Arrangements for face to face sessions or walk and talk therapy can be accomodated by request. Please reach out to discuss your preferences at any time.

Therapy provides a safe and confidential space for you to talk to a trained professional about your issues and concerns.
A counsellor will not give you their opinions or advice. They will help you find your own solutions – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your problems.
